The CRA has a rather annoying process to get the average 2008 exchange rates for income tax reporting purposes.

Update April 19, 2010: Just opened up my statement for my new card: Mine still says $0 Annual Fee. Maybe I'm a big enough customer? I probably spend US$~1000/year on the card, not a whole lot, but not "here or there".
